Consulting & Experiential Training

Hey there, I'm Ryn.
(they/them)
I'm a queer, trans, neurospicy therapist who brings both lived experience and clinical expertise into the therapy room.
I help ADHD and autistic adults navigate late identification and burnout so they can build authentic, sustainable lives.
Whether you're newly identified, questioning everything you thought you knew about yourself, or simply tired of pushing through, we'll work on understanding your needs and building a life that actually fits.
Less time explaining yourself. More time building a sustainable life that works with your brain, not against it.
I became the therapist I needed.
I didn't become a therapist because the mental health system worked for me. I became one because it didn't.
I've been misdiagnosed, misunderstood, and sat through therapy sessions that felt more like expensive venting than actual help. I wanted someone who would do more than nod and ask, "How does that make you feel?"
So I became that therapist.
I believe therapy should be collaborative, solution-focused, and actually help you move forward. I bring honesty, curiosity, humor, and the occasional uncomfortable conversation.
My goal isn't to keep you in therapy forever. It's to help you build the skills, confidence, and sustainable habits to navigate life on your own terms.
Understanding why you're struggling matters. Knowing what to do next changes things.
